ADS members access unique customer engagement programme

Posted 12 April 2012 · Add Comment

ADS member, Bsquared Consulting, has implemented a unique customer engagement programme across a range of companies in aerospace and defence - including ADS itself - over a 10 year period.

Many of its clients regard this process as crucial to the understanding of their customers and run repeat programmes providing them with a unique insight into their customers and support for the strategic decision making process. The Customer Review process (CRp®) is an internationally proven approach to transforming customer and stakeholder business relationships.

The process captures customer feedback and converts this into knowledge to support an organisation's management of customer relationships.

Rob Brickle (above), managing director of Bsquared Consulting, said: "There are things that we consciously know about our customers. There are things that we suspect and may wish to confirm. Then there are all the things that our customers are thinking that they do not communicate to us, but that may have a material impact on either our business or our relationship with them."

The service is now being offered at a greatly discounted rate for ADS members. Short-term return on investment is typically achieved within six months through quick wins and the programme also offers significant long term ROI potential.
