Edmunds said: “Bucks New University is a fantastic university with a great USP. I know from personal experience that many universities look at Bucks as an example of where they want their travel and aviation degrees to be.

“I am stepping into some big shoes and will be looking to continue the great work Jenny has carried out.

“Bucks New University is number one in the UK for aviation management and has always been the main competitor when I was at the University of West London.

“I looked on with admiration at the work being carried out at Bucks and now it is a real pleasure to be able to build on that work.”
