Nasmyth inaugurates new Bangalore office

Nasmyth Group held an inauguration ceremony on 26th June to mark the official opening of the new Bangalore office of its subsidiary, Nasmyth India.

The event took place at the ITC Windsor, Bengaluru hotel where guests were served lunch and addressed by Ian Felton Deputy High Commissioner, Nasmyth Group’s Chairman and CEO, Peter Smith, and Nasmyth India’s General Manager, Stuart Etheridge. In keeping with local customs, there was a formal “Deep Prajwalan" (Lighting of Lamp) ceremony.

Nasmyth India’s move to the new premises in Bangalore’s Millenia Towers reflects the growing demand for the wide range of mechanical engineering and manufacturing services provided by the company and its Indian Partners on behalf of the Group and ultimately its worldwide customer base.

Stuart Etheridge commented: “Nasmyth India plays a critical role in supporting the Group’s globalisation programme so we were delighted to welcome the Deputy High Commissioner to this highly successful inauguration ceremony marking the official opening of the company’s new offices.”
