Avalon 2013: Bombardier showcases its Global 6000 jet

Bombardier Aerospace is at the 2013 Avalon airshow in Melbourne, Australia, showcasing the attributes of its Global 6000 business jet.

“The Australian market fully understands the advantage that a business aircraft offers,” explained Nilesh Pattanayak, regional vp, sales, Asia Pacific, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “Bombardier is the market leader in Australia with a 39% market share, and our Global aircraft family leads the large cabin and long-range segment with a 58% market share. In addition, while long-range aircraft have traditionally been favoured, there is an ever increasing interest in light and medium jets such as our Learjet and Challenger aircraft families.”
