BAE Systems appoints Marco Antonio Caffe as General Manager for Brazil

Marco Antonio Caffe is to be BAE Systems' General Manager for Brazil and lead the company's office in Brasilia, replacing Jim Reid who, after two years in post, is moving to a new international role with the company.

Marco (above) joined BAE Systems as Director for Army & Security in 2013. He is a retired colonel and a graduate of the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras, Brazil.

“Working closely with Jim and the team, Marco has done an excellent job since he joined the business. He has a deep understanding of the Brazilian customer community and his appointment continues our strong, local presence in Brazil, which began back in 1998,” says Llyr Jones, BAE Systems’ Vice President for Latin America and Canada.
