CAAi gains ISO 9001:2008 certification

CAA International (CAAi) has achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standard for the development and delivery of advisory services, aviation training and examinations.

Following an independent assessment in September, the certification was awarded by BSI, a certification body accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

Richard Ward, CAAi Managing Director said, “We are very proud of our ISO 9001 achievement. It underlines our commitment to providing the highest quality services to our partners across the world and reflects our commitment to continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.”
