CAAi gains ISO 9001:2008 certification
Following an independent assessment in September, the certification was awarded by BSI, a certification body accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

ISO 9001 is a family of standards for quality management systems, designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of their customers and employees. CAAi’s certificate of registration recognises that policies, practices and procedures are in place to ensure consistency in the quality CAAi delivers.
