Cobham appoints Gillian Duggan as EVP of HR & Communications

Cobham plc has appointed Gillian Duggan as Executive Vice President (EVP) of HR & Communications.

Gillian (above) joins Cobham from Berendsen plc where she was Group HR Director until its recent acquisition by Elis. She has extensive HR and business unit experience having undertaken both senior international HR and management roles during her career. 

Prior to Berendsen, she spent 12 years at Amey, initially as Group Human Resources Director, before progressing to the role of Managing Director of two business units. The early part of her career was spent at the Benefits Agency, Technicolor and Danaher Corporation.

Throughout her career, Gillian has a track record of driving transformational change, having developed the HR strategy at both Amey and Berendsen. She is taking up her new role immediately and relocating to Wimborne, Dorset.
