CRSL to focus on counter-terrorism
Since 2003 CRSL has collaborated with BAE Systems, providing its Air Defence Siting Computer (ADSC) as the front-end to the GBAD BISA. ADSC is an optimisation tool designed to enhance native human capabilities by providing consistently reliable Ground-Based Air Defence (GBAD) siting plans
Chris Barrington Brown, managing director of CRSL said: "We would like to continue to collaborate with BAE in future in other areas where our skills are complementary.
"However, we can now release resources for CRSL to increase the export penetration of our unique, counter-MANPADS software SAM-PRAS. It will also enable us to grow the UK and export markets for our latest generic counter-terrorism tool, RAM-PRAS."
SAM-PRAS is currently in service with law enforcement and military forces in the UK, USA, Australia and France and RAM-PRAS (right) is in service with 13 UK Police Forces to assist with vulnerability analysis of stand-off weapons.
