Paul Simmons, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, comments: “We are committed to offering our customers a wider range of flights from their local airports so we are pleased to announce this new route to Exeter to better serve the needs of our customers. Paul White, Business Development Manager at Glasgow Airport, said: “It is fantastic that Flybe will be serving Exeter from Glasgow Airport from this winter. The fact that there will be four services each week demonstrates the demand for this route to the south west of England - both as a business and a leisure link. As well as being a great service to the south west coast for Scottish businesses, particularly those working in the marine sector, it also provides a crucial link to top tourist destinations such as Torquay, Plymouth and Penzance. We wish Flybe every success with this new route and look forward to working closely with the airline to ensure its continued expansion at Glasgow Airport.”
