HTSI enjoys success at Security & Policing Exhibition 2013

Hidden Technology Systems International (HTSI) Ltd. has enjoyed significant success as a result of having participated once again in the Security & Policing Exhibition (formerly HOSDB), showcasing its new tracking device 'E-Tracker' produced in commemoration of its Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2012.

The response, feedback and insight HTSI receives from clients and industry professionals at the event is helping to drive its research and development into new and innovative technologies.

Chris Nyland, international marketing and special projects director for the company, said: “without doubt, having attended this event for over a decade now; this was by far the busiest we have ever been. Focused visits by Foreign delegates chaperoned by UKTI DSO were the key to our productivity this year. It was clear that our foreign guests knew what they wanted and knew exactly which British companies could deliver quality and performance.

"It was great to see long-standing existing clients from all over the world and to meet new potential clients that we are welcoming and making contact with in the very near future. The follow-up visit we received by Lord Green to our stand, where he met with our Brazilian Distributor, Marcela Silveira of Sitges Tecnologia, was very positive as Lord Green saw for himself that we have positioned ourselves in Brazil in preparation for the many upcoming security opportunities such as the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games."

During the show, Chris was delighted to meet with Lord Marland (right), the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy and outline to him the company’s activities in the Middle East, where he takes special interest.

In particular, HTSI outlined the work it is aiming to conduct in Oman. Lord Marland was well acquainted with the contacts that Hidden Technology had in-country and complimented HiddenTec's strategy.

Chris said: "Hiddentec would once again like to thank each and every visitor to our stand for taking the time to speak with us, UKTI and UKTI DSO for coordinating our meetings so effectively and ADS for organizing and running the event on behalf of the Home Office."
