IFS completes acquisition of Mxi

Enterprise applications company, today announced the completion of its previously communicated acquisition of Mxi Technologies Ltd (Mxi).

Mxi has established itself as a recognised provider of integrated and intelligent maintenance management software solutions for the global aviation industry.

Used by defence and commercial operators, third-party Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) companies and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Mxi’s software, support and services will continue to be offered as a best-of-breed solution, as well as integrated into IFS Applications as an enterprise-wide, end-to-end maintenance solution.
