IFS identified as #1 A&D enterprise asset management software supplier

IFS has been identified as the leading supplier of enterprise asset management and field service management software for the Aerospace & Defence (A&D) industry by ARC Advisory Group, the leading technology research and advisory firm for industry and infrastructure.

In its publication 'Enterprise Asset Management and Field Service Management, Global Market Research Study, Market Analysis and Forecast through 2018', ARC Advisory Group’s quantitative research identified IFS as the leading supplier to the global A&D industry for EAM and FSM solutions.

"A&D is a sector with a large potential for growth—our analysis and forecasting indicates the market will grow at a CAGR of 8.9% through to 2018," ARC Research Director for Enterprise Software Ralph Rio said. "IFS has a long history of strength in the A&D market with both commercial and military customers. IFS' integrated capacities for EAM, mobility, reliability, and supply chain align well with the needs of A&D."

"For multiple years now, we have been recognised by ARC as the leader in this industry, and this year we have retained our position as the number one supplier to A&D," commented Graham Grose, Director of the global IFS A&D Center of Excellence. "Our products are developed with dedicated vertical industry software components and expertise, enabling us to provide a solution that fits the client's specific asset lifecycle management requirements. In the A&D industry this means supplying a solution that provides support when and where needed, by reaching out to support those in the field."
