Marshall wins top UK manufacturing award

Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group has won the coveted Aerospace and Defence Award at the prestigious Insider Made in England Awards 2015.

To qualify for the national final, Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group had first to win the Aerospace and Defence Award and the Apprentice and Training scheme Award at the East and Central regional finals.

Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Land Rover and other world-class manufacturers were among some of the winners and shortlisted businesses in the nine categories - the winners, were announced at the Insider Made in England National Awards held at St George’s Hall in Liverpool.

The judges commented: “Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group specialises in the conversion, modification, maintenance and support of civil, military and business aircraft and defence solutions - they have local impact with a global reach.”
