Resource Group acquires Symbiotics Ltd

Resource Group has announced its acquisition of Symbiotics Ltd, specialists in human performance enhancement that provide organisations with training methods and tools to help their people excel.

Symbiotics provide human performance consultancy to aviation, blue-light, transportation and defence sectors and is well known for their ability to understand and improve how people perform in their working environments.

Symbiotics have developed a suit of human performance enhancement assessment and training systems, including the ADAPT system which provides a blended assessment of a pilots’ physical and cognitive ability, personality, skills and behaviour.

Other services provided by Symbiotics include training analysis, design and delivery, personnel selection and assessment tools and processes, human performance research projects, predictive skills modeling and human factors training & consultancy services. The company will form a new division within Resource Group, called ‘Symbiotic Performance Solutions’.

Nikki Heath and Les Garside-Beattie, Symbiotics’ founding owners will both be staying with the business, Nikki will continue as Managing Director and Les as Business Development Consultant.

Reg Gott, CEO of Resource Group said: “The acquisition of Symbiotics Ltd was a natural progression for us.
