Symbiotics' ADAPT adopted by Alpha Aviation

International specialists in human performance assessment and training solutions, Symbiotics Ltd., announced today that its ADAPT selection tool has been chosen by Alpha Aviation to select the company's own management staff as well as trainee pilots.

A preferred training provider for a number of major airlines, Alpha Aviation operates training academies in the UK, the UAE and the Philippines.

Symbiotics is currently using the full version of ADAPT to help Alpha Aviation select a new head of training for its facility in Sharjah and it was also employed in the selection process for the equivalent role in the Philippines. In addition, Alpha Aviation is now using the online version of ADAPT to select cadets for its academies.
