Vector Aerospace UK enhances Super Puma programme
The aircraft, which has returned from Australia, will follow the same synchronisation process carried out on the first VASL Super Puma, returning it to the OEM Maintenance programme. Once complete the aircraft will be available to the wider leasing market and will be followed by another towards the end of October.
The Super Puma platform is in service around the world and is operated by a variety of civil and military organisations. The accelerated growth of Vector Aerospace's UK capability for repair, modification and testing of an extensive range of dynamic components signifies its commitment to the UK and wider European civilian helicopter markets. These have significant potential given the sustained demand for oil and gas and the need for heavy helicopter lift.
Vector Aerospace Leasing Solutions (VALS) offers a fleet of 12 high-specification Airbus Helicopters AS332L Super Pumas to the market on affordable short to medium-term leases. The scheme is backed by fully OEM-approved Bypass and Bypass Plus 'by-the-hour' support programmes.
Vector's leasing programme includes short to medium term leases fully backed by a by-the-hour support programme. Vector's fleet of helicopters is equipped with new technologies including CV/FDR, NVG and avionics suite upgrades, which makes them ideally suited to the medium/heavy utility operating environment.
