This recognition reflects IAG Cargo’s long-term ambition to build an industry-leading workplace, which is supported by a consistent commitment to invest in people, foster inclusion and drive innovation.

Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the certification is only granted following a rigorous evaluation of company policies and practices across six key domains: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.

In securing this honour for the third consecutive year, IAG Cargo has reaffirmed its commitment to exceeding industry standards, shaping the future of work, and strengthening its culture. Over the past year, the organisation has continued to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment through a series of impactful initiatives. These include the expansion of its Leading the Way development programme with new modules to reinforce the leadership pipeline, alongside the introduction of Skill Space, a central hub for continuous learning and future-ready skills.

Complementing this, IAG Cargo has enhanced its recognition culture through a new recognition platform, BeConnected, designed to celebrate performance and foster engagement as part of its strategy to develop and retain top talent.

Caroline Andrews, Chief Customer and People Officer, IAG Cargo commented on the achievement: “Being named a Top Employer for the third year in a row reflects our continued ambition to lead by creating an exceptional workplace where our people can thrive. We know that our business success depends on bold ideas and continuous investment in our colleagues’ development, because ambition powers progress. We are committed to building a culture that inspires innovation and empowers every individual to deliver excellence for our customers.”

Staff also enjoy access to exclusive travel benefits, making global experiences more accessible and rewarding.

As part of its 'Emerging Talents' initiatives, IAG Cargo hires graduates annually across multiple departments and upskills recent university leavers through its comprehensive two-year Graduate Programme to develop future leaders and strengthen the long-term skills pipeline within the air cargo industry.

In 2025, the Top Employers Programme certified nearly 2,500 organisations across 131 countries and regions, positively impacting more than 14 million employees worldwide.
