Having joined Serco in 2017, Anthony has served as Group Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Executive of the business’s UK & Europe Division.

Anthony Kirby said: “I could not be prouder to take up the role of Group Chief Executive, leading over 50,000 brilliant colleagues who deliver so many of the vital services that we all rely on.

“Our recent financial results reiterate that Serco is in great shape, with a record pipeline and strong momentum as we begin the year. Serco provides critical services to governments and the demand for our services continues to create new and exciting opportunities for us.

“Our strong performance gives us a platform to continue to build on and allows us to continue delivering first-class solutions for the customers and missions we serve, whilst developing new capabilities around the world to meet the demands of the future.”
