A key milestone expanding access to certified pilot training in the Asia-Pacific region, Acron Aviation has received regulatory approval from the CAA for its Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at its Bangkok Training Centre (BTC). This milestone reflects Acron Aviation’s unwavering commitment to global safety standards, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality aviation training.

During the certification process, UK CAA inspectors commended the professionalism, operational readiness, and high technical standards demonstrated by Acron Aviation’s BTC team throughout the entire process. Their positive assessment reinforces BTC’s reputation as a premier destination for world-class pilot training.

David Coward, SVP & GM Training Services, Acron Aviation said: “The addition of this approval by the UK CAA marks a significant achievement for our Bangkok Training Centre and underscores our dedication to providing world-class training solutions across a broad range of regulatory jurisdictions.

“Complementing the other approvals we hold at Bangkok, it enables us to better serve our airline partners across multiple regions and provides peace of mind that we operate to the highest levels of safety and technical excellence.”

The approval further expands Acron Aviation’s capacity to deliver UK CAA-compliant training programmes in the Asia-Pacific region, supporting the growing demand for certified flight training and enhancing accessibility for international airline partners.

Acron Aviation has a proven track record of delivering effective and customised training solutions to airlines and training organisations worldwide. Its FFS provide pilots with realistic and immersive training scenarios, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in the cockpit.
