Axon's new Axon Outpost and Axon Lightpost — two new fixed, intelligent ALPR cameras — have joined Axon Fleet 3 to form a complete suite of fixed and mobile vehicle recognition solutions. Together, they go beyond traditional plate reads by capturing detailed vehicle attributes and extending real-time intelligence.

In addition, Axon's partner ecosystem has been expanded, connecting third-party cameras through a new Works With Axon certified partner programme and creating the most interoperable, intelligent public safety network integrated through Axon Fusus.

Launched via Axon Body 4, Axon Assistant is an AI voice companion giving officers hands-free access to real-time translation, policy guidance and general information, useful facts and answers from the internet.

Axon also announced plans to integrate with Ring, empowering Ring customers to share — on their terms — relevant video with police to help solve crimes faster and safeguard their neighbourhoods.

"Technology alone doesn't build safer communities—people do," said Rick Smith, Founder & CEO of Axon. "Our job is to innovate in ways that protect more lives in more places. That means building tools and forging partnerships that help public safety agencies connect with residents and businesses in their community so they can act faster when every second counts.

"We're expanding our ecosystem into one of the most collaborative and comprehensive public safety networks — alongside leaders like Ring — to deliver more intelligence and capture more truth. Paired with advances in AI, drones and robotics, less-lethal solutions and immersive training, this is the blueprint for a safer, smarter future and one where technology plays a critical role in achieving our mission and our Moonshot goal."
