Gama Aviation to utilise ELMS Aviation’s employee management solution

Gama Aviation has signed a new long-term agreement with ELMS Aviation, utilising the company’s powerful personnel competence and compliance platform to support the global expansion of the business.

The ELMS Solution, which provides a holistic view of employee competence management, was initially selected by the company’s MRO division to help support the next generation of aircraft maintenance and engineering talent. Following its positive impact, the platform’s full suite of capabilities is now being rolled out across all aspects of Gama Aviation’s business.

An intuitive, cloud-based MRO software platform, the ELMS Solution delivers an instantly accessible way of tracking employee qualifications, training and experience to deliver clear and defined staff development and succession pathways. Users can also manage on the job assessments, workflows and complex authorisation processes, from any connected device.

For Gama Aviation, the ELMS Solution provides an immediate overview of all key resources, based on training and certification requirements for each job role. This optimises employee allocation for any given task across the complex network of services, stations and aircraft types that Gama Aviation supports.
