NSSLGlobal Group acquires MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd

Independent satellite communications and system integrator NSSLGlobal has confirmed its acquisition of Hampshire-based MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd.

NSSLGlobal provides commercial SatCom and associated services and products to government and defence users. In the UK, working through the Government Commercial Agency’s Technology Products and Associated Services 2 (RM6098), it has a portfolio of solutions under the Lot 8 – Technology Catalogue.

MetOcean Telematics (UK) Ltd provides global security, surveillance and IOT asset tracking solutions for international law enforcement as well as for enterprise customers and high-profile individuals. In addition, the company is specialised in covert vehicle fitting, including surveillance and communication equipment. These proven and trusted products are designed for locating and tracking key assets via satellite, cellular and radio, especially in remote areas and harsh environments.
