KBR prepares to launch Trinzic as independent mission technology business
ADS member KBR is preparing to separate its Mission Technology Solutions business into an independent, publicly traded company under the name Trinzic.
The spin-off is expected to be completed in January 2027, subject to customary conditions and approvals. KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions business will continue operating under the KBR name.
Announcing the Trinzic identity in July, KBR said the standalone company would support customers’ critical missions across national security and space, building on the existing business’s technical expertise and experience in large-scale operations.
Trinzic leadership takes shape
Michael LaRouche has been appointed president and chief executive-designate, with Nicholas Veasey named executive vice-president and chief financial officer-designate. Both will take up their respective roles at the time of the separation.
The Trinzic name derives from “intrinsic”, reflecting the capabilities and expertise embedded within the business.
KBR president and chief executive Stuart Bradie said the new identity reflected the organisation’s heritage and opportunities ahead.
“Our teams aim to deliver solutions that address some of the world’s most critical national priorities every day,” he said.
