ALTEN opens office in Belfast

ALTEN has announced the opening of its newest UK office in Belfast, marking a significant strategic expansion into Northern Ireland.

Although it already provides services to major engineering industry players in the Belfast area, the move to open a new facility in Belfast, is set to further strengthen ALTEN’s ability to support both existing and emerging customers in the region. 

ALTEN supports organisations' development strategies in the areas of innovation, R&D and technological information systems and works with key actors in the aerospace, space, defence and security sectors. It is in active discussions with additional engineering and public sector organisations across Northern Ireland as demand for high calibre engineering and technology expertise continues to grow.

The new Belfast office represents a long-term investment in the region’s thriving engineering and digital ecosystem. ALTEN anticipates rapid scaleup, projecting growth to 100 employees within the next three years. This is underpinned by a commitment to local recruitment. The company will focus on attracting talent from Northern Ireland’s universities and the local community. 

The Belfast office will serve as a hub for ALTEN’s expanding UK operations, supporting both local delivery and international projects.
