Farnborough Airport scored 9.73 in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, an annual ranking based on customer feedback regarding aviation ground services. This accolade is determined by the discerning insights of senior aviation professionals, including executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, and CEOs, who contribute their evaluations each year to Professional Pilot magazine.

The news follows Farnborough Airport’s recent announcement that it has retained its number one position in the 2025 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey, securing its status as the leading FBO across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific for the 19th consecutive year.

As we continue to innovate and invest in our facilities, we remain dedicated to setting new benchmarks for service, customer care and operational excellence. This recognition as Europe’s number one FBO reflects the dedication of our staff and we extend our appreciation to all those who participated in the survey.”

Farnborough Airport’s ranking in both the 2025 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey and the recent 2025 AIN International FBO Survey reinforces its position as one of the highest-performing FBOs globally and reflects its long-standing commitment to excellence and upholding its reputation as Europe’s premier business aviation hub.
