Gattaca Solutions, a managed service provider of recruitment process outsourcing and total workforce solutions, is today announcing the signing of a multiyear partnership extension contract, after a competitive tender process undertaken by NATS following a review of current workforce strategy.

NATS, the UK’s leading provider of air traffic control services, selected Gattaca Solutions as the best partner to ensure a successful relationship between the NATS Talent Acquisition team and the wider talent market in the UK. The deal means that Gattaca Solutions is accountable for all contingent labour within the UK. Gattaca Solutions’ Managed Service Programme continues to be recognised by NATS as an indispensable part of their aims and objectives and has consistently delivered high fulfilment of high-quality workers in order to support NATS’ business.

Terry Hall, Head of Indirects and FM at NATS, said: “NATS have been in partnership with Gattaca for a number of years and we are delighted to continue the relationship longer term. The new service delivery model of embedding the Gattaca team into our Talent Acquisition team will deliver efficiencies and offer additional direct support to our hiring managers. We are extremely excited for the future of our partnership, and we are confident that Gattaca will continue to deliver proven value.”

The deal will bring the partnership between Gattaca Solutions and NATS to a 13-year journey and now includes increased strategic work focusing on delivering future strategic objectives for both businesses.

Gattaca Solutions’ role in the partnerships doesn’t stop purely at talent, however. It goes beyond recruitment provision to include working collaboratively on voluntary activities, sustainability and ED&I strategies and initiatives to combat talent shortages and further promote the industry to diversity of background, thought, and experience. This includes becoming recent signatories of the Equal Skies Charter.

Nina Rahman, Solutions Director at Gattaca Solutions, said: “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with NATS, which stands as a testament to the strength of our relationships and the value we deliver. I’m proud to see our innovative MSP solution recognised as the best fit to meet NATS’ strategic goals. I look forward to deepening our collaboration, investing in joint initiatives like skills development and ED&I and driving measurable outcomes that support NATS’ critical operations and ambitious growth objectives.”

As one of the only dedicated STEM talent specialists in the UK, Gattaca Solutions continues to remain perfectly placed in partnership to deliver talent along another of the Gattaca brands – Matchtech – to source and place the right technical engineering workers across the UK, wherever NATS requires. Gattaca Solutions’ full tech stack along with its deep knowledge of the STEM market is crucial in supporting and delivering this for NATS.

Matt Wragg, CEO of Gattaca said: “This extension builds on a foundation set by our shared past – a true partnership built navigating ever-evolving solutions for talent – and ties closely with our purpose here at Gattaca to ‘To provide the skills needed to build a better future – one job at a time’. We’re incredibly proud of the trust we’ve built and the service we’ve provided giving NATS a competitive advantage to find capable STEM talent through leading-edge integrated technology and our dedicated team of experts.

"For me, what stands out after a robust market review and competitive tender process of this kind is that we’re the right partner, not just for NATS’ past but that we have remained the right partner for NATS’ future too. The longevity and continuation of our relationship with NATS is a sign of the great progress the business has made over the past few years, building on our 40-year legacy. I am happy and proud to continue that partnership for many years to come."
