Attendees will experience the full potential of DMOS (Deployable Mission Operator Station). The versatile and transportable simulation and training platform is tailored to mission system and sensor software training across diverse environments and will demonstrate unparalleled integration and capability.

The DMOS will feature a fully integrated airborne system incorporating CarteNav’s AIMS-ISR mission software, the Teledyne FLIR Star SAFIRE series airborne sensor and the groundbreaking Smith Myers ARTEMIS system.

Visitors will witness first-hand how this integrated system revolutionises operations by combining real-time mass cellular handset identification and tracking through ARTEMIS, augmented reality mapping overlays via AIMS-ISR, and automated sensor steering with the Teledyne FLIR’s Star SAFIRE series airborne sensor (380X for Star SAFIRE 380-HD, 380-HLD and 380-HDc).

Key features of the Smith Myers demonstration with partners includes:

  • Fully Integrated Capability: Real-world synergy between mission-critical components.
  • Versatile Applications: Showcasing operations in maritime, border control, disaster relief, aerial firefighting and search-and-rescue (SAR) missions.
  • Enhanced Training: Realistic, economical ground-based simulation and training for maximum operational readiness.

Andrew Munro, Managing Director of Smith Myers, explained: "This world-class integration demonstrates our commitment to innovation and operational excellence. The JD2E DMOS with our ARTEMIS system fully integrated has already been used to train over 100 air crew.  The integration exemplifies how advanced technology can enhance mission success across diverse environments. We’re proud to lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge solutions to our customers and partners."

ARTEMIS, a highlight of the showcase, underscores Smith Myers’ commitment to operational efficiency and mission success. Its ability to locate and identify handsets of interest, coupled with automated mapping and sensor control, provides unmatched situational awareness in critical environments.

Jonathan Bramley, Managing Director, JD2E added: "As the developer of the Deployable Mission Operator Station (DMOS), we are proud to demonstrate how this platform seamlessly integrates with systems like AIMS-ISR, ARTEMIS, and the Teledyne FLIR Star SAFIRE products. This collaboration showcases the potential for realistic, efficient simulation and training solutions that meet the demands of modern mission environments.  DMOS has already been used to successfully train hundreds of air crew personnel."

Scott Richardson, VP of Product, CarteNav said: “After hundreds of installations, CarteNav has garnered a reputation for working with the very best technology partners to turn data into clear, actionable intelligence for decision makers when every second counts. As such, AIMS-ISR has long been integrated with ARTEMIS and Teledyne FLIR’s advanced sensor solutions, providing operators a single local operating picture to simplify complex operations and do their critical jobs even better. We’re proud to demonstrate these capabilities alongside Smith Myers, JD2E, and Teledyne FLIR.”

Smith Myers’ technologies empower SAR, aerial fire fighting, law enforcement, border security, and maritime operators to achieve superior results with efficiency and precision.
