Matthew (above) brings more than 25 years’ experience in data and digital leadership across Premier League football, Formula 1, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Pure Cremation. He has a strong track record of leading complex transformation programmes, building high-performing teams, and delivering technology and data solutions that improve organisational performance and services.

Since joining ADS Group in November 2024 as a Data & Systems Consultant, Matthew has already played a key role in shaping the Group’s approach to data, digital capabilities, business systems and technology transformation.

In his new role as CIO, Matthew will lead the Group’s technology, data and digital agenda, bringing together our IT and data capabilities into a single, service-led function supporting both ADS and Farnborough International.

John Copley, Chief Operating Officer at ADS Group commented: “We are delighted to welcome Matthew as our new Chief Information Officer at ADS Group. Having worked closely with him over recent months, I have every confidence that, under his leadership, ADS will continue to drive forward its ambitious technology and digital transformation.

“As we look ahead to Farnborough International Airshow and continue supporting our more than 2,000 members, Matthew will play a key role in strengthening our data-led understanding of our sectors, enhancing our member services, and supporting the industry to drive supplier improvement.”
