Serco and Baker Tilly UAE enter strategic partnership agreement
Serco and Baker Tilly UAE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue business opportunities across the aviation and aerospace sectors in the Middle East and wider region.
The strategic collaboration brings together Baker Tilly UAE’s multidisciplinary advisory, financial, transaction, risk management, tax, digital transformation and infrastructure advisory capabilities with Serco’s specialist expertise in aviation operations, air navigation services, airport management, aviation training and aviation safety.
Integrating disciplines that support aviation transformation
The MoU establishes a framework for the two organisations to identify, evaluate and seek aviation consulting, airport advisory, aviation transformation and aerospace opportunities. It also provides a framework for the parties to develop joint proposals, engage with prospective clients, conduct joint marketing and business development activities, prepare thought leadership materials, share non-confidential market insights and establish project teams where appropriate.
Driving advances in technology whilst prioritising sustainability
The collaboration reflects the companies’ view that there is an increasing need for integrated aviation consulting and advisory services as airports, airlines, aviation operators, infrastructure owners and other industry stakeholders respond to changing passenger expectations, technological advancement, sustainability priorities, regulatory requirements and evolving market dynamics. They aim to jointly support clients across the aviation asset and project lifecycle, from strategy and feasibility through to operational readiness and performance improvement.
The partnership has been primed to create opportunities to deliver integrated aviation advisory solutions across the Middle East, whilst supporting the region’s ambitions for resilient, digitally enabled and sustainable aviation infrastructure.
