A J Walter Leasing expands engine lease pool

AJW Group is significantly increasing the size of its engine lease portfolio to service its fast growing presence in the engine lease market.

A J Walter Leasing and A J Walter Aviation have recently added CF6-80C2 x 3, CFM56-3C1 x 5 and a PW4056-3 to the lease portfolio of PW2040 and CFM56 series engines.

Firmly committed to reducing its customers’ overall engine operating costs, AJW has been actively building its engine lease inventory to offer more high quality engines. AJW is able to offer practical lease and support solutions to ensure minimum disruption and downtime for aircraft operators. Engine lease packages include serviceable ready-to-fit spare engines with neutral QEC and a complete digital records pack for each engine. In addition, AJW can provide 24/7 service, support for shop visits including temporary replacement engines and guaranteed rates.

Steve Williams, Director of Aircraft Engine Services at A J Walter Aviation says: “Our dynamic commercial jet engine services business is on an upward trajectory, bolstered by our new acquisitions for lease and the parting out of complete aircraft. We plan to grow our lease pool to over sixty engines during 2013. This will increase our capabilities and further sustain the first class service we deliver.”
