Founded in 2015 by Andrew Hoy, former head of sales at ExecuJet, Affinity Aviation Group debuted at EBACE in May 2015, with its ‘Launch on a Launch’ on Lake Geneva.  From the beginning, AAG has built its business on transparency and trust, offering a fixed commission fee model (1%-3%) and delivering tailored solutions for aircraft buyers and sellers. Over the years, the company has expanded into advisory services, pre-buy inspections and moving into VIP charter through its FlyAffinity membership programme.

AAG is at the moment awaiting the imminent delivery of a Bombardier Global 6500 to a European client, one of four pre-owned transactions currently in progress for Affinity.

Over the last decade, Affinity Aviation Group has built a reputation for excellence and innovation. Key achievements include:

  • Sixty-three aircraft acquired and delivered. Affinity has managed acquisitions, sales and deliveries of business jets, turboprops and helicopters.
  • Pre-Delivery Expertise: Overseeing five brand-new Bombardier aircraft deliveries and entry into service deliveries, flying from Montreal and for Gulfstream clients from Savannah, GA.
  • FlyAffinity Success: Launching a fixed-fee VIP charter membership in 2022, now boasting 28 members and 100% client retention from the worlds of Formula 1, football, entertainment and UHNW Family Offices.
  • Pre-Buy Inspections: Completing 17 inspections and managing three aircraft refurbishment projects.
  • Global Expansion: Growing its team in London and effective May 2025 opening a dedicated facility at London’s Farnborough Airport.
  • Record-Breaking Flights: Andrew Hoy recently commanded a Bombardier Global 7500 non-stop from Taipei to London in 16 hours, 26 minutes, cruising at Mach 0.83 and reaching 49,000ft altitude. Andrew continues to fly more than 500 hours per year and keeps updated with the latest regulations, deliveries and standards, globally.

‘Turning left’ benefits the business
Andrew Hoy, who has also logged over 7,000 flying hours as a Bombardier Global series pilot, Training Captain and Type Rating Instructor on all series of Global aircraft (Globals 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500, 7500), credits his team for the company’s success: “I’m incredibly fortunate to work with a passionate, dedicated team and group of industry colleagues backed by supportive financiers, lawyers, and advisors, all over the world. Climbing the steps and turning left on a business jet gives me a unique industry perspective when advising clients.

“It’s more than just the aircraft, it’s in-depth knowledge of the entire ownership and real operational experience.”

Backing the G-Registry
Andrew is also a vocal advocate for the British Business General Aviation Association (BBGA’s) push to elevate the G-Registry: “The G-Registry is a gold standard, respected globally, but it’s under-utilised post-Brexit.  With the UK’s world-class expertise and MRO facilities, we need to streamline regulatory processes and bring more aircraft back under the G-tail.”
