ADS supports EDA Gateway initiative
Recently - following an EDA meeting on 22nd of March - a letter was sent to National Defence Industrial Associations (NDIAs), the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and other stakeholders, with a presentation of the concept and a 'Yellow page' form, encouraging companies to register by 30th April 2013 (although registrations will still be accepted after this date).
Accordingly, ADS is recommending that companies register as soon as possible. William Hockin (above), director – acquisition & maritime, ADS, said: "The EDA Gateway is an opportunity for companies to register their company details with EDA, who will then use them to inform about forward plans and potential business opportunities or participation in programmes. I recommend this to companies looking for work from EDA."
The Gateway is slated for launch in June 2013.
