AEB adds more dates to export control roadshow

Following the success of two initial free roadshow events earlier this year, AEB, has added two more dates in June, focused on export control compliance, particularly for aerospace and defence businesses.

Successful export control compliance programmes include many aspects. They affect all processes, divisions and teams within a company and also stretch far beyond the boundaries of a business to include suppliers, partners, and customers. Regulatory requirements from national, EU, and US authorities must be considered. In order to support the industry in establishing and maintaining successful compliance programmes, AEB provides automated solutions to secure business processes and increase efficiency in a sustainable way.

As part of its export control awareness initiatives, AEB is hosting a free roadshow highlighting solutions for different areas of compliance throughout 2016. After a successful season kick-off in February, the following two events are now open for online registration:

- Tuesday, 7th June 2016 in Warwick
- Thursday, 9th June 2016 in London Heathrow

Early bookings are recommended, as seating is limited to enable participants to share and discuss their individual challenges.

Topics will include:

Export controls and licence management
Efficient screening of business partners, identification of potential export control violations, and management of all relevant data for applicable licences. Including data integration in customs and commercial documentation, temporary licences, restrictions, decrementations, and more.

Technology transfers management
Transparent management of technology transfers with flexible options to specify activities relating to customers, prospects, products, dates, etc., including web-based access to enable entire organisational networks to benefit from the solution.
