Aerocare Aviation Services bolsters its paint offering

Following its acquisition this summer by Complete Aircraft Group, Aerocare Aviation Services Limited (AASL) has successfully completed a modification of its state-of-the-art paint facility at its Chester, UK headquarters.

The investment forms a key part of its future growth strategy, which involved widening the door aperture to 22 metres, enabling it to address the surge in demand it is receiving to accommodate the repainting of larger aircraft, including the Embraer Legacy 600 and Bombardier Challenger 850.

“Under our new ownership we are making substantial investment in the real estate, equipment and manpower for the aircraft operators and owners we serve,” said Peter Mankelow, Managing Director of AASL. “This modification, together with our increasing in-house capabilities and approvals, provides assurance of continued quality services for existing customers. We are pleased to offer a competitively priced, alternative option for new customers looking to either refresh the appearance of their aircraft or opt for an all-new look and VVIP finish, he added.”

Unlike other aircraft painting providers in its region, Aerocare Aviation Services Limited has an established Part 145 facility adjacent to its Preparation and Paint facility, providing a full one-stop-shop solution for maintenance, repair, interior refurbishment and modifications.

A recent client benefitting from Aerocare’s enhanced Technical and Paint shop services is Burrows Aerospace, the independent UK specialist aircraft sales and acquisitions organisation, headed by Simon Burrows. Having recently completed the purchase of an Embraer Phenom 300 on behalf of Catreus Aviation, which has three Phenom 300’s on its AOC, Burrows Aerospace chose to use Aerocare’s technical services expertise to support an EASA to FAA type conversion, entry into service tasks and paint finishing.

Simon Burrows commented: “It has been a pleasure to work with the Aerocare team. They  have provided a superb service with excellent communication throughout.  The technical quality and paint finish has been incredible, enabling us to maintain the high standards Burrows Aerospace demands for the products and clients we serve.”

Aerocare holds several accredited dealerships – namely with Honeywell, Collins, Standard Aero, Bendix-King and GoGo Wifi.

Aerocare and Complete Aircraft Group will be exhibiting at ACE 2022 at London Biggin Hill Airport on Tuesday, 27th September 2022.
