AJW Aviation signs CFM56-7 fan blade exchange agreement

AJW Aviation has signed a CFM56-7 fan blade exchange agreement with Danish airline Primera Air.

The five year agreement covers the airline’s entire fleet, consisting of six Boeing 737-800s and two 737-700s. Founded in 2003, Primera Air is headquartered in Copenhagen and offers flights to over seventy destinations worldwide.

Steve Williams, director of Aircraft Engine Services, comments: “AJW’s fan blade exchange service will enable us to provide flexibility and security to Primera Air, allowing them to reduce inventory and operational costs, whilst maximising time on the wing. Stock will be regionally located across their global network and will be available on demand 24/7 through our rapid response exchange programme.”
