Beagle Technology launches design services

Beagle Technology Group has acquired Bristol-based Progressive Design & Engineering Ltd. which will now be known as 'Beagle Design Services'.

This acquisition means that Beagle is now able to offer the complete range of design, development, make and print services in metallic and composite materials.

Thirty-five skilled design engineers, formerly employed by Progressive, will transfer into the Beagle Group. Beagle Design Services joins Beagle’s other existing divisions: MRO, Aerospace, Defence, Composites, Treatments and Precision. This acquisition also encompasses Progressive’s engineering recruitment subsidiary.

John Taylor (above), Managing Director, Beagle Technology Group, said: “The creation of Beagle Design Services is a natural expansion of Beagle’s capabilities and makes us a true “one stop shop” for all metallic and composite production, from conception right through to manufacture. It will streamline the entire process and means that we can respond even more flexibly and efficiently to the needs of our customers.”
