BMT appoints new amphibious business development lead

BMT Defence Services (BMT) has announced the appointment of Toby Middleton as amphibious business development lead.

Educated to Masters level at King’s College London, Toby (above) has extensive experience in the defence sector, having risen to the rank of Colonel while serving in the Royal Marines. He has since served as Deputy Commander for the Maritime Reserves and Director of Training at the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre, during which time he was also CEO for the C Group – a charity to support serving and former Royal Marines and their families.

With a deep understanding of demanding security environments and strategic and operational planning, Toby will help BMT continue to strengthen its global defence position, and augment the company’s expertise in the amphibious platform market.
