Brad Buswell joins Rapiscan
Buswell (above) most recently served as President and CEO of Morpho Detection, Inc.
In his role at Rapiscan, Buswell will be responsible for overseeing the company’s expanding position as a leading security solution provider to the global aviation market.
Prior to his appointment as President and CEO of Morpho Detection, Buswell served as Deputy Under Secretary for Science and Technology at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he led technology development for the operating components of the Department of Homeland Security including the Transportation Security Administration, Customs & Border Protection and US Secret Service, as well as state and local first responders. Buswell also previously served as vice president of global strategy for Morpho Detection.

Buswell has more than 20 years experience as an officer in the US Navy and graduated from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
