Cobham receives Airbus Supplier Support Award

On the occasion of the annual Airbus Suppliers Award ceremony held during Farnborough International Airshow 2018, Cobham Aerospace Communications received an award for its outstanding level of support to operators, confirming Cobham as one of Airbus’s best suppliers.

The annual Airbus Supplier Support Rating scores suppliers based on input from Airlines in addition to Airbus feedback and perception on product (reliability, documentation, technical issues), service (spares delivery performance, repair performance, communication, warranty administration), and costs (spares pricing, maintenance cost).

This high level of performance is the result of many years of work carried out in collaboration with Airbus to establish and maintain a customer support organisation in line with the standards of the aviation industry and with our commitments to Airbus and customers.

Cobham Aerospace Communications is very honoured and thanks Airbus for all its help in reaching and maintaining this high level of performance.” said Eiji Kawaishi, Senior Vice President of Cobham Aerospace Communications after receiving this award.
