The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) recognises and rewards UK employers that support veterans, military spouses and cadets, as well as reservists. The Gold award is the highest award available and acknowledges organisations that provide exceptional ongoing support and advocacy for the Armed Forces community. Cranfield’s revalidation extends its gold award status to 2030 and reflects the university’s leadership within the sector and its proactive support of the Armed Forces.
