D-RisQ is part of the first cohort of the Airbus Defence and Space UK Space Accelerator being delivered by Plexal. This is the first of its kind and part of the wider CUSP initiative to develop the UK’s space ecosystem.

Over the coming months, D-RisQ will be working with Plexal and Airbus Defence and Space teams to develop its business and technical offering. It joins the programme alongside a diverse cohort of high-tech companies, including Aquark Technologies, Angoka, Yondar Space, LIA Aerospace, Calnex Solutions, Physical-Mind London, Applied Atomics, BioOrbit and Magdrive.

The announcement was made at the Farnborough International Airshow at a special launch event hosted by Airbus where the programme and the cohort were presented. The event included the opportunity for the cohort to mix with many companies and agencies from the space sector and make connections for the future, all part of the support being provided by Airbus.
