Fiona Walters takes over as Serco’s UK & Europe CEO

Fiona Walters has taken up her role as CEO of the UK & Europe division of Serco, having joined Serco in September 2025 from G4S, where she was Regional CEO for the UK & Ireland, leading a team of more than 30,000 people.

Prior to that, Fiona (above) held operational and business development leadership roles in the company’s largest region, the Americas, latterly as Chief Commercial Officer, where she was responsible for the growth of multiple services across over 20 countries and revenue of more than $3 billion. Additionally, she was responsible for global account sales and a US Federal Government services programme spanning 40+ countries. Subsequently, she led sales and marketing across 95 countries.
