The 164 recruits, who have spent the past three years combining study with frontline policing duties, recently celebrated their achievements at a series of graduation ceremonies.

Babcock works with its partner universities and the Met’s Learning and Development team to deliver this degree apprenticeship. This tailored programme has a curriculum set by the College of Policing and provides new recruits with the knowledge and skills that they must demonstrate to be confirmed a fully-fledged Police Constable as part of the apprenticeship programme.
