The majority of graduates from IAG Cargo’s 2023 and 2024 programme are now in full-time roles at IAG Cargo or across the wider IAG Group. The Graduate Programme offers participants hands-on experience across several key areas of the business, including Logistics, Data and a newly-introduced Commercial stream.

Running for 24 months and based at the company’s London Heathrow hub, each programme is designed to give graduates in-depth exposure to different business functions while equipping them with the skills and experience needed to build successful careers in the air cargo industry.

Graduates joining the Data and Commercial streams will remain within their respective directorates for the duration of the programme. Those on the Logistics stream will complete one operational rotation and one placement in another business area of interest, providing a broad understanding of IAG Cargo’s end-to-end operation.

Caroline Andrews, Chief Customer and People Officer at IAG Cargo, said: “Our Graduate Programme continues to play a vital role in developing the next generation of talent in logistics and aviation.

“We are pleased to expand the programme in 2026, further developing it to reflect the evolving needs of both our business and the wider industry.

“The programme has a proven track record of success, with more than two thirds of graduates from our 2023 and 2024 intakes having already progressed into full-time roles across the business. We look forward to welcoming a new cohort of ambitious graduates and supporting them as they grow their careers with us.”

Offering a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and discounted flights among other benefits, the IAG Cargo Graduate Programme provides an exceptional opportunity for ambitious graduates to start their careers in a fast-paced, global business.

Applications for the 2026 Graduate Programme will close on 1st January 2026.
