Ideagen Group acquires Gael Ltd

Supplier of information management software to highly regulated industries, Ideagen Group plc, is set to realise significant growth in the aerospace and defence sectors following its recent strategic acquisition of Gael Ltd.

The Group’s acquisition of quality, risk and compliance software developers Gael, has strengthened its suite of risk and compliance products, and in conjunction with Ideagen’s strong industry presence, the Group will be helping eight of the top 10 organisations in the sector to standardise processes to improve both quality and safety of their global operations and supply chains.

Tier one organisations such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, BAE Systems – including BAE Inc – Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, EADS and Thales use Ideagen’s product suite and assisting services to achieve operational excellence and efficient management of safety.

Ideagen also provide software and services to organisations such as Lufthansa Group – with eight installations globally including Brussels and China – as well as Triumph Group Inc, Vector Aerospace and Dassault in the US and Haeco and Sepang in Asia.
