Delivered through a two-year engineering and qualification process, the project demonstrates Jergens’ capability in safety-critical aerospace applications, where reliability, precision and supply consistency are essential.
The collaboration included engineering support, validation activities and supply chain alignment, resulting in successful integration into ejector seat systems.
Spencer Wills, European Managing Director, Jergens Inc., said: “This project reflects the importance of aligning engineering capability with supply chain performance.
"By working closely with Martin-Baker, we were able to support the qualification process with precision-engineered solutions and consistent delivery.
"Applications like ejection seat systems demand a level of reliability where there is no margin for variability and we are proud to support that requirement.”

Mark Cooper, Vice President of Sourcing, Martin Baker Aircraft Co., said: “From a procurement perspective, the ability to rely on both product performance and supplier responsiveness is essential in safety-critical aerospace applications.
Jergens demonstrated strong consistency in quality and delivery, supported by clear communication throughout the qualification and integration phases.”
