The award comes after a remarkable year for the airline, having been voted second in the Which? annual survey for short-haul operators and being recognised as the most punctual airline in the UK for the second quarter of 2025.

The Glasgow-based airline earned a full five stars out of five for its customer service from Which? and was recognised for the impressive feat of having 86% of its flights depart on time, despite operating one of the most complex and challenging networks in the UK.

The ceremony was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow last Thursday, with Loganair’s customer service team collecting the award on behalf of the firm.

In October, Loganair launched two new services connecting Southampton and Exeter to Manchester, as part of a growth plan across the South Coast, coinciding with its new base opening in early 2026.

The Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association (SPAA) is the professional body representing Scotland’s travel sector, encompassing travel agents, tour operators, airlines, and other travel partners. It works to promote and protect the interests of the travel industry while championing Scotland’s vital connectivity.

Luke Farrajallah, CEO of Loganair, said: “To win domestic airline of the year for five years running is a truly remarkable achievement, and a huge credit to our dedicated staff who continue to deliver exceptional service.

“The SPAA Awards represent the best of Scotland’s travel sector, and it is a huge honour to be recognised among our peers.”
