Marshall Land Systems appoints Jason Beattie as Managing Director - Canada

Marshall Land Systems today announced the appointment of Jason Beattie as Managing Director – Canada, effective 13th July 2026.

Having served in the armed forces of both the United Kingdom and New Zealand before moving into industry, Jason is a seasoned defence professional with more than 30 years’ experience spanning military operations, defence, security and technology. With experience working alongside customers and partners in more than 50 countries, he is recognised for combining operational insight, technical understanding, commercial acumen and trusted relationships to deliver sustainable growth across complex international defence and security markets.

As Managing Director - Canada, Jason will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all in-country activities. He will lead Marshall Land Systems’ Canadian business, strengthen relationships with customers, industry and government, support the company’s people and drive the continued growth of the organisation in Canada.

Prior to joining Marshall Land Systems, Jason held leadership roles across the defence and security sector, leading business growth, strategy and customer engagement. His career has included positions with internationally recognised organisations including Thales, L3Harris and Viken Detection, where he built trusted relationships with customers, industry partners and governments in support of complex defence and security programmes.
