Muirhead wins Little Red contract

Muirhead has been selected to supply its high performance low carbon leather to Virgin Atlantic's new UK domestic fleet, Little Red.

‘Little Red’ is Virgin’s new UK domestic service, which offers multiple daily flights between London and Manchester, London and Aberdeen and London and Edinburgh. The service uses four Airbus A320s that have been fitted with Virgin interiors using Muirhead leather from its popular Sateen range.

Muirhead sales director, Archie Browning, said: “Again Virgin Atlantic chooses Muirhead as seen in the upper class deck of its transatlantic fleet and in several of its airport lounges. We are the largest supplier of leather to the global aviation industry, supplying over 130 airlines and aircraft manufacturers and we are very proud to count Virgin Atlantic amongst one of the most loyal, thanks to a long standing relationship with Airline Services Limited who specify Muirhead leather.”
