Niteworks confirms new Industry members

The MoD-Industry partnership Niteworks recently confirmed that another four companies have joined as associate members.

Established in 2003, Niteworks successfully works across the MoD and industry to analyse problems, examine options and de-risk requirements, helping the MoD to make better, faster and more informed decisions. Funded and governed by the MoD, it enables the Ministry to access a range of expertise without individual company bias.

The four new members are Montvieux Limited, Plextek Consulting, SA Capabilities Ltd. and Snowflake Software Ltd.

Montvieux Limited is an employee-owned, 14-strong technology company delivering innovative services, research and solutions to the National Security community. Its services include Business Consulting, Programme & Project Management, Systems Engineering, Information Security, Engineering and Data Analysis. The company invests 10% of its turnover into staff-led research.

Plextek Consulting specialises in the development and commercialisation of diverse technologies for the defence & security, healthcare & wellness, automotive & transport, energy & environment and telecoms & network markets. Offering business and product innovation since 1989, the international multidisciplinary consultancy assists companies to transform their businesses and manage their customers’ entire product development cycle, from product strategy and system design to product development, supply and launch.

It offers extensive subject matter expertise and experience in the military use of C2 and intelligence systems on deployed operations and regularly works in “customer’s friend” roles in the areas of requirements and acceptance management, security and systems assurance, systems architecture and information management

Snowflake Software Ltd is a UK-based Small Enterprise providing commercial off the shelf software, consultancy and training for the management and interoperable exchange of geospatial data and intelligence. Founded in 2001 and based in Southampton, Snowflake operates across the geospatial industry, specialising within the Defence, Aviation, Data Provision, and National Mapping sectors as well as working directly with system integrators.
